Sunny and beautiful day in Tbilisi

Woke up to beautiful weather. Had the entire day to spend in Tbilisi so we walked around with a couple of the other guys having a look at the old fortress, a waterfall, the city center with beautiful but a bit run down colonial style houses and new modern looking bridges and buildings. Once again a huge and empty building is in the middle of city center, maybe it will be a concert hall and a museum but it was started during the last government and the new government might not be interested in finishing it. The sightseeing ended with taking the funicular up to the top of the mountain where there old TV tower stands. Yes, the flashy one you see on TV when the Georgian jury is giving points for the Eurovision finals.

It turned out the the entire top of the mountain was a theme park with roller coasters, bumper cars and a big ass ferris wheel.

Had lunch at a restaurant before heading down to Tbilisi again. Back to hotel. Malene did a lot of writing on the journal, Mikkel power-napped.

Went out in the evening for group dinner with live music and dance acts. Smashing....
